RIZER worked with Bridge Commercial Real Estate & JLL to deliver a 15,000 SF space for Perspecta in just 10 weeks. The existing space was completely demolished and the Perspecta space was all new. The interior space boast high end finishes with lots of glass, custom lighting and multiple flooring materials and patterns. This renovation also included upgrades to the 3rd floor elevator lobby and new building corridors to match the new level of finish of the Perspecta space. RIZER and Davis & Davis worked with the out of state design team to deliver their new space on time, while exceeding expectations of the Ownership team.

RIZER along with Davis & Davis completed the new 20,000 SF office space for Billhighway. The new space called for the entire floor to be cleared for an up-to-date and fresh new look. RIZER was challenged to work with the Ownership and Design Team to hold a tight budget and schedule but allow for the tenant to obtain the first class look and feel they desired. This project was completed during the COVID-19 “Stay Home, Stay Safe” initiative at no additional cost to the tenant or building owner.

RIZER was once again selected as the contractor of choice for this interior office build-out for Transwestern at the Southfield Town Center. This project required all of the glass walls and doors to be removed, stored off site, reconfigured and reinstalled in new locations. The interior space was completely reconfigured, and all new finishes were installed. BASF Team has plans to expand their footprint and has already committed to having RIZER back on the Team for the future expansion.

RIZER added (10) new loading docks into the existing pre-cast structure to accommodate Beaumont’s logistics warehouse for their medical supplies. RIZER also did extensive work to the exterior grade of the building to allow for the new change in Truck Dock. The exterior work included earthwork, site utilities, new stone aggregate, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and landscape restoration.

A two-story stand-alone facility for AIAG was completed by RIZER in 2018. A 33,107 square foot re-model that was completely gutted to make room for the new needs of AIAG. With all new finishes spread over 2 floors including training rooms, offices, lounge, cafés and reception area. The building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and fire alarm systems had to be upgraded to support the new tenant. RIZER worked closely with the City of Southfield to bring the existing facility up to current code.

The new space is the Detroit headquarters for AIREA and it serves as a showroom for design, furniture and flooring services offered by AIREA. AIREA provides interior design solutions along with full service office furniture systems by Haworth and over 300 manufacturers.
RIZER completed The Piston Group's elegant 5,000 square feet office space in just 10 weeks. Interior renovations included detailed millwork finishes, suspended wood ceilings, Hayworth walls, custom porcelain walls and a custom glass trophy case to name a few. The Piston Group became the second RIZER tenant build-out on the top of the 3000 Tower of the Southfield Town Center.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and RIZER worked closely to deliver 60,000 SF of offices space for Tessellate in May of 2017. The new Three-Floor office was completed in 10 weeks from construction mobilization to occupancy and move-in. Tessellate provides risk adjustment and quality programs to improve revenue integrity and improve quality of care.
